  ... Her kitchen is pristine clean and very well managed (which is not always the case in the food industry). Her standards for food, quality and presentation are a cut above the rest.
  
  I very much like Polina as a person and I respect the hell out of her as a business owner and food professional. I highly recommend Svetlana Catering to anyone looking for well made, clean tasting catered food.

  I booked Svetlana Catering for BBQ in honor of my parents who were visiting from out of town. Polina, the owner, is wonderful to work with. ... We had a wonderful spread, including two notable dishes - pulled pork and a delicious miso and bacon corn dish.
  
  So glad to find Svetlana Catering. Polina worked with our parameters to make the event a great experience for my parents and friends. I highly recommend them.

  Svetlana Catering is FABULOUS! Talk about some of the highest quality food and ingredients you can find. Polina is fantastic at discovering exactly what you want and helping you create menus that leave a lasting positive impression on your guests! Highly recommend for all your catering needs.

  Really fun working with Polina and her team. She was very respectful of our dietary restrictions and produced some amazingly yummy dishes for the paleo-ites and vegetarians in our group. Highly recommend this team.
