Suzy’s professional interests are in spine rehabilitation, pain management, and return to sport rehabilitation. In May 2016, she became certified in Sportsmetrics, an ACL injury prevention program for athletes. She has experience in manual techniques including joint mobilization/manipulation, myofascial release, strain counter-strain and muscle energy techniques. Suzy helped me return to running after a back injury that my doctor told me I would not be able to run for three months. She was excellent at explaining and showing me the things I needed to do to get back to doing what I love. She is the best.

I have been going to Catalyst for several weeks now with Suzzy by my side helping me get back to 110% after a car crash. I seriously couldn't ask for a better environment to go and hang out and do some excellent excersizes with excellent people. It truly is the #1 place to go to get 110% better! Couldn't ask for more!
