Sur La Tablet Cooking Classes
Loved my healthy cooking class with chef Angela. We were a small group (4 people) and finished in about an 1 hour 45 minutes. We learned how to cook quinoa fritters, apple/cranberry barley salad, and chicken stew. Angela made each recipe look so easy to make. They are definitely do-able at home too. I would recommend this class to friends and try another class in the future.Original recommendation
If you're looking to learn how to cook or bake Chef Adam and Angela are the best instructors around. Sur La Table offers fun cooking classes all year around even for young kids.
Such a fun experience! My boyfriend and I did the Healthy Fall class and cooked salmon glazed with pomegranate, quinoa arugula salad, baklava bites, and shrimp zoodles. It's also BYOB! so we grabbed a bottle of wine. The chef Sana truly had a passion for cooking and I appreciated that it wasn't just someone trained at Sur La Table. We did the brunch cooking class today, and it was fantastic! Johana did a great job explaining each step and teaching each person to make the dishes on the menu. I can't wait to make this menu at home and can't wait until the next class!Original recommendation
Incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I went here to purchase a knife for chopping vegetables, knowing nothing about how to choose one. They taught me how to properly hold/use the knife, had me try several different ones by chopping potatoes, and explained the differences between the options. ...Original recommendation
