Super Yoga Palace

Yoga Instructor

I'm a mother. I've got one hour tops for anything I'm going to do for myself on any given day. I knew I needed to create a place I'd want to go spend that precious time. So I did.

A 60-minute vacation, a home away from home, the place where everybody knows your name, the place where memories are made. The music is fresh, the yoga is true, the conversations are too. There's the faint smell of nag champa and frankincense. There's a lingering energy of friendship and love. Super Yoga Palace

This place is what yoga dreams are made of. I took a vinyasa flow class with Jessica, the owner, last week and it was such a comforting, warming practice. The music was on point, the space itself was cute and cozy as can be, and the aroma of essential oil was intoxicating. Jessica was great at providing cues to a class with a wide range of experience. I left feeling recharged and happy that a studio like this is in east dallas! ...

I was so excited to try this place since running across it on Yelp! It's just as cool as the photos make it seem. Located on Garland Road over a cute shop, this yoga studio is truly one of a kind. Get there early to snag a spot, as it's a little smaller than most studios in dallas. Christy was my instructor for the Vinyasa Flow class. She was personable and light hearted throughout class. Check out the Good Pagoda on your way out or stop at Lounge Here next door for a frosty beverage after class!

I've been going to their new location for a few weeks and I love it. It's now part of my routine and I just signed up for the monthly unlimited pass. The atmosphere is serene and beautiful, and Jessica is a fantastic teacher. I get a workout in the intermediate flow class while also feeling relaxed and renewed. The gentle yoga evening class is so peaceful - a great time to stretch out and re-center. The room is comfortably warm (not hot), the lighting is just right, I love the music and there's a good place to change clothes (with a shower if needed). So glad I found this!

I'm so thankful SYP is back! I first fell in love with yoga a few years ago at their original Deep Ellum studio. After they closed their doors, I studio hopped around town and even joined a chain yoga studio. But none of them felt enough like home to fill the SYP-shaped hole in my heart.

... She's managed to create such a welcoming, sacred space above Good Pagoda. If you love East Dallas, this is the perfect community-based studio. ...

I attended Super Yoga Palace yesterday for the first time. It was my first time ever doing yoga. I really enjoyed it and I felt comfortable doing it. I was nervous because I thought I wouldn't be able to follow along but the instructor was very helpful!
