  Dr. Vachhani has gotten me back to running in no time, twice. He is very good at what he does and has a great sense of humor. The staff physical therapist is also very knowledgeable and helpful.

  Incredible treatment, Dr. VACHANI has a gift in his hands, my neck was killing me, I couldn't get sleep at night, pillows were a big problem, there was no pillow good in off, but after an Arriosti treatment I was a new person, I followed with the exercises their Therapist prescribed and patiently showed me how to perform.

  FANTASTIC! Dr V and Will are both highly knowledgeable and personable. They treated my 11 yr old competitive dancer for knee pain (muscle weakness and imbalance) and gave her a plan of action to build the right strength and avoid the problem again. Pain was gone very quickly and the plan worked very well for her. Their goal is resolution and whole-body wellness. I will be going back myself and so will my entire family for all our various modern-body/musculoskeletal issues. They are EXACTLY what we have been looking for and the fact they are right here in Katy is a MIRACLE.

  Went in on a Monday with severe pain in my right shoulder. I couldn't raise my arm above shoulder level without support and considerable discomfort. By Friday, after just 3 treatments, I was pain-free with full range of motion. I was given simple exercises and stretches to do at home between appointments to increase shoulder stability and relax tight areas. Dr. Vachhani is great, and Will's rehab knowledge is second to none. Highly recommend.

  This was definitely as good as it gets!
  I had a 2-yo hamstring injury that wouldn't let me workout, run or swim, pretty much anything. So i stopped working out and reserved to walking, and hated my leg and myself for that, because I love being active.
  What Dr Vachhani did was pure magic. He adjusted some muscle here and some muscle there and all of a sudden my leg was WORKING again! After the first visit was was almost crying because I couldn't believe that! After a third visit I was released, i was done! - and happy and jumping around like a child.
  I only wish I knew about Airrosti sooner!
