  I have had 2 sets of boots fit with rob at sun and snow. He is prompt for boot fitting appointments. He also does a great job of analyzing what you need to ensure he makes all the right adjustments for your boots. He is the only boot fitter for my family and I.

  Rob and his staff do excellent work. They're knowledgeable and friendly. Lots of experience with special needs and adaptive skiers. They are a full service shop and have a great rental program.

  Robbie Parent of S&S is the best boot fitter in the Midwest...Period. He is the only one I trust to fine tune my boots for racing etc... Been a customer of Sun & Snow for over 20 years. I support family owned businesses, not big box recreation corporate giants and online faceless stores. When you take your life in your hands by participating in this sport, you want a real person backing you up when you point them down and go.

  Friendly, knowledgeable staff. They know their products really well, and will make sure you get the right gear, fit, and price-point. Got a tune up and bindings last year, and boots and gloves this year.
  
  Rob, the owner, takes a hands on approach to good customer service and satisfaction. If something is wrong they work to make it right.

  Rob and his crew at Sun and Snow are great. Very knowledgeable, helpfully and most of all genuinely friendly. Rob did a fantastic job custom fitting a pair of ski boots for me. The pain I once experienced on the slopes due to ill fitting boots is no more. I am from Kentucky and the is no one that sells winter sports equipment, so I visited Sun and Snow while visiting family in Ann Arbor and I would make the trip just to buy my equipment from them. They are top notch!

  Excellent store and the new location is fantastic. In the winter they have a great selection of ski and snowboarding gear. In the summer Kayaks and canoes. Highly recommended.

  Shout out to Rob and Andrew for hooking my boys and I up!!! Just skied Vail with the brand new skis and boots and I am in love with my new gear!!! Thank you so much for taking the time to really dial in to our needs...we are all completely happy with our gear! As a ski instructor, I would highly recommend S&S to any level of skier/snowboarder for their new equipment! Thanks so much...you guys are top notch!!!
