Eli was on time for the inspection, reasonable in the price quoted and even suggested me to replace the broken glass myself to save on costs. I always appreciate that kind of honesty where they tell you it's easy enough for you to do and you shouldn't be paying me for this. He even showed me how to do it. He finished the job on time with good results, very happy!!

I couldn't be more happy with the service that Elijah delivered. Not only is he a real personable individual, he was at the house on time, extremely polite and very straightforward about the work he was going to do. He took time to educate me and, even though it was a Saturday, he wasn't in a hurry to get through the job.

He introduced me to other options without coming anywhere close to a "pushy salesman". This is the second time I have relied on Summit and each time they have come through. Don't hesitate to contact them for any work you need on your garage door. These guys are one of the best run companies I have ever hired. Both he and Eli clearly valued me as a customer. -

Eli at Summit Garage Door Repair just saved the day! When I forgot the hatch on my car was open and drove into the garage, the hatch door bent the heck out of the bottom of the garage door, dislodging the bottom set of wheels from the tracks. I called Summit around 6:30 PM, and Eli said he could come over after helping another customer. Even though it was late, around 9:30 PM, Eli came over and fixed my garage door. I thought for sure I'd have to replace the door, but he fixed everything (and he fixed it quickly), so I can keep using my 40-ish year old garage door! I'm so happy. I would recommend Summit and Eli to anyone who needs garage door repair or replacement. I know when my door finally conks out I'll be calling Summit for a new one.

The garage door springs broke at my rental home. My tenant was trapped inside on her way to work. Placed a call to Summit Garage Doors and they had their technician out there in 20 minutes. He quickly quoted me a price for the repairs, which was amazingly fair (I got quotes over the phone that was outrageously high from other companies, probably it is holiday time) and the technician completed the repair in about an hour! Quick, efficient, professional and great pricing with exceptional service. Thanks Summit!
