  I only used them once so far. My experience was a good one. Had an emergency, one of our board members had a nasty oil spill on his RL suit jacket at the office and I walked around looking for a reasonable cleaner in hopes to get the stain out and I came across Suits and Skirts. They were professional and offered next day service for me for a very reasonable price. I was impressed when I picked the suit jacket up, no stain at all. The board member was very pleased. Thank you, Suits and Skirts.

  Honestly, this is one of the best cleaners in kips bay. The clothes come back smelling clean instead of like cancerous chemicals. I also like their customer service. They always are eager to work within my schedule. I travel a lot so having a cleaner with quick turn around and late hours is a deal maker for me. Shoutout to Emma at customer service, thanks for all the help.

  I just moved to the area and these guys set me up with an account in 5 mn that were so good, and I love the email receipt because it's like being in the store without having to leave my apartment and the delivery guy is an awesome dude. Shout out to Sammy.

  Since the recent management changes, I have had nothing but great experiences and exceptional service here! I've used countless other services in the area and Suits and Skirts has by far been the best. On time delivery, friendly and helpful staff, good prices, and an overall great experience. Would highly recommend for anyone living in the area!

  I have nothing but good things to say about Suits and Skirts. The cleaner has always done a great job with my suits and gets the clothes back promptly. No one is perfect, but the one time I had a problem, they were fantastic. Recently, they didn’t pick up my dry cleaning so it wasn’t ready on Thursday night when I had expected. When I called at 9 pm to inquire, the employees were super apologetic. I needed the clothes for Friday because I was flying somewhere for the weekend. After hanging up with the person, I got a call from one of the partners who said he was personally handling the situation. Instead of just apologizing, they picked up the clothes, cleaned them and delivered them to my office the next morning so I could have them for my flight. I think that there are few, if any, dry cleaners in the city that would do that.
