Owner Mike Skiles is hands down the most trust worthy dealer on Chattanooga. He is a small businessman and its is amazing how he runs his business amd the customers love him. He stays involved supporting SORBA, IMBA and local clubs and races. He goes beyond taking care of his customers. I for one have purchased around 12 bikes from him since he opened his doors . I have no compliants. I have recommeded many people to Suck Creek Cycles with the same positive results I experienced! Its fun to just hang around Mike's shop!

The owner of this shop is a great guy. He has spent time looking into issues for me, given me recommendations without charging me a dime. They are all very knowledgeable, and good mechanics.

We recently decided to get my wife into mountain biking as a way to get active. She was a bit apprehensive, but Mike took the time to put the bike she liked on the stand and explain everything in detail about how it worked. Once she got it, her confidence shot up! You can't ask for better customer service!

Ive known Mike about 20 yrs. I've dealed with most every shop at some point. Most out of business now. I've seen cyclists come and go along with shops. For one he's no used car salesman. If you want a bike he will explain, let you test ride, talk all you want. If you want to look and be left alone he will. He can race anything, beat you at wheelies, and drink more beer than you. Skiles is legit.
