From the time I entered the place, the customer service was absolutely beyond amazing! They paid attention to detail and showed me they were looking out for my well being. I was looking about getting contacts and Dr. Bhakta was informative in explaining the eyes and what causes certain things to go wrong. She ordered 2 different kinds of contacts for me to try since I have astigmatisms in both eyes. I never felt that I was being told to take the more expensive pair and that I could really tell the staff truly cared.
... I am so glad I found a place I can feel comfortable with and know my well being and care is on their top priority list.
They truly are the type of people in the healthcare field we need more of! I will forever be a patient of theirs!! -

I opted to finally make an appointment here and I'm beyond glad I did, Dr. Bhakta is AMAZING! She was in constant communication with me via email since scheduling my appointment. I came in on a crazy Saturday and believe I was her last appointment, despite being late not once did she make me feel rushed. She explained to me all about the health of our eyes and risks that can come later in life if not addressed in time. She was very professional and caring not once did I feel I was just another number, like most doctors make you feel. She even helped me pick the perfect frames and gave me her opinion on all of them. ... Thank you so much Dr. Bhakta!!!!

Dr. Bhakta is absolutely amazing - she obviously knows and loves her craft, and is great at what she does. She's very informative, and it's clear that she tries to do what is best for the patient. Additionally, the office staff are so kind and accommodating; customer service skills that aren't common enough.
The office itself is great! Spacious, really clean.

Dr. Bhakta is the best! She was able to fit me and my friend for an appointment on the same day. This was my very first time getting an eye exam and Dr. Bhakta was very professional and took the time to explain everything to me. Her recommendations were conscious and sensitive to our situations.
