My parents bought their first ever home in Carrollton a couple months back. It's not a big home, but to them, it was love at first sight. Keith came in and made sure the house was thoroughly inspected. Inside and out. Above and under. Every inch of the house. Took his time and made sure everything was safe before we finalized the deal. Keith did an amazing job with our inspection! He was thorough, professional, and reasonably priced. After the inspection, he walked us through every detail, answered any questions, and helped us feel completely comfortable with the report. The seller had not moved some items that were blocking the breaker box, and he was even willing to swing by the next day to examine it after the seller moved the items. Finally, the detail report with many pictures was ready by the next day, giving us plenty of time for negotiations. I wholeheartedly recommend Keith and Stonebriar Property Inspections!
