  I have been a customer for over 15 years. Their products might seem to be more expensive than the chain competitors, however, Sterling's chemicals last longer in my pool and spa which is a huge plus for me. Sterling also has long term employees who are very knowledgeable. Their pool maintenance and repairs service are very reasonably priced.

  I called to see if sterling pool had the bulb I needed for my pool and they did. I stopped by after work and the person who helped me remembered my call and ran to the back to grab my part. He also offered some helpful advice regarding installation and was clearly familiar with the part and process. Great experience!

  Sterling is providing great pool service for me. They are incredibly reliable, knowledgeable and personable. They have responded quickly to questions about my pool and have come out the same or next day to check any problems I am having. Their service rates are also reasonable.

  Went in the get a part for the pool replaced. The store manager, Ye, was super friendly, professional, sold me only what I needed (he cleaned what I could keep from the old part an put it in the new one) and also gave me a short piece of hose to replace my old one at no extra cost (the hose was not broken but a bit brittle). Thank you for great professional service!

  I can't say enough about sterling pool. I quit going to Leslie's because I finally determined they really don't know anything. They just want to sell stuff you don't need,anyway every time I have had a question it was always answered in a way I understand. I was finally I was in need of a new reel for my solar blanket (20yrs). They ordered new reel,installed it,installed new blanket. Did a terrific job. On time cleaned everything up. Took my old reel wow is all I can say. Very professional company.
