  I am a bankruptcy attorney, and have referred my clients to Mr. Barkley for more than 15 years. He understands the unique tax issues that my clients face, and is able to assist them, in a kind and understanding atmosphere. My clients always tell me they more than received their money's worth with Mr. Barkley.
  
  He's also done my business taxes for more than 10 years, and I've always been more than satisfied with the work done, and it's cost. I give him 5 stars.

  Excellent CPA!! If your aren't already one of his clients, it's not likely you will be able to be though. He is very busy with years of satisfied customers!

  Stephen has been great to work with - as a small business owner and homeowner with tax complications, he's been great for filing taxes as well as advising on financial behavior such as refinancing my mortgage and 401k contributions. I've been with him for 4 years now and will be continuing to use his services as he has managed to do better than turbotax when I've checked!
