I was referred to Steam Me Up from a friend. Jim was very pleasant over the phone and was able to send Richard over the next day to steam my down couch. While they were steaming the couch, I walked in the room and saw my couch upside down. They literally cleaned on from top to bottom. I then asked them to do two chairs and a rug! They are coming back to do another rug tomorrow!

Jim and his team are INCREDIBLE! they are total professionals. their service is excellent. our carpets look brand new - which is very impressive considering we have 2 dogs and 2 toddlers. We use them for handyman work too. They are truly a gem!!

We recently had Steam Me Up do some handyman work on our house. I couldn't be more impressed with the professionalism and quality of work they do. They painted the exterior and re-finished the front door. I had some concerns after the work was first completed, and they worked promptly to completely resolve all my concerns. A lot of companies can do good work, but what marks a company that I chose to use, is how they respond when something doesn't go according to plan. My realtor gave me a flyer for this company who gave me a great price for my home since my realtor referred me and got me in quickly which was important for me. I have 3 kids and two dogs and was skeptical. This company did an amazing job! Richard arrived on time and was so flexible and understanding with my pets and toddler. They were professional and went above and beyond. Just wonderful!!!
