During the winter of 2014 I began looking for companies to work for in the San Diego area, all while planning to relocate from Seattle WA to San Diego CA. I came across a position that Staff Smart had listed and began working with Julian. Julian and everyone at Staff Smart were amazingly professional, but more importantly friendly and empathetic with the stress of relocating at the same time as starting a new job, and the cost of living different in San Diego. Julian not only helped me get an interview, but later was able to negotiate a great compensation package for me. I would highly recommend using Staff Smart if you're in the market for a job change.
