  I loved this place! My old company had a deal with them and I loved Mike the trainer, there. He listened and they keep their gym really clean. I felt safe there and didn't worry about getting ringworm or dirty bathrooms. If you read any of my reviews, you know how important clean space is to me. They are amazing. USE THEM!

  Unfortunately, after several sports injuries, a post-operative infection, & life have taken their toll, I am an orthopedic mess. Fortunately I have Scott (owner/proprietor/PT) and his superb staff on my side. These folks are incredible. How did I get there? I asked a visiting PT after a massive prosthetic total knee replacement who she used for HER family. She wholeheartedly Scott & his staff. That knee replacement? NOW that is my GOOD leg! And although I'd like to do a little LESS visiting to SMTC, they are all wonderful professionals and work hard at positively stretching what is possible for recovery by combining a HOLISTIC approach with good humor, positive reinforcement, and a professional skill-set that is second to none. I've had a LOT of physical therapy over the years and these pros are the BEST, bar none. Highly recommended.

  This is my 3rd time fot PT in the last 12 years at Sports Medicine and Training Center. I started at the Webster location. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I have also sent my dad and son who had excellent results. The center boasts a spotless facility with state of art equipment and exceptional therapists, aids/techs and staff. Both Scott ven Nest and Dr. Elena Rodriquez are compassionate, thorough in examination and adept at individualizing your therapy for your pecific needs based on injury and ability.

  I can't say enough about this place. Started coming here at a really rough point in life and the training/PT staff was nothing but a great influence. They stayed positive and kept me on the right track. Highly recommended to anyone looking for any of the services they offer.
