I want to give a huge shout out to Adam and his crew at the Leesburg, VA store for all they have done for me in the past. Adam and his crew (service Department) a have been a huge joy to work. They had gone above and beyond what was ask of them numerous times for me and I can't begin to thank them for it. It means a great deal to me what they have for me in the past years. Like I said I can't even begin to thank them for all they have done. Adam and crew keep up the most excellent work you guys provide!!! Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart.

I want to thank the wonderful people at Spokes Etc. for your generosity over the past few days. I called on Saturday because I had purchased a bicycle as a holiday gift for a 2-year old little boy who is critically ill, and I had not had the foresight to realize that it needed to be assembled (ASAP). The people in your maintenance department had the bike put together in a few hours (for a very reasonable cost), despite being crazy busy with holiday work, and when I picked it up, they even helped me with a bow and carried the bike to my car.
