  The class sizes were small and focused on speaking. ... The course is great because it allows you to put as much or as little effort into Spanish learning as you can manage and if you miss a class you can make it up by going to a similar one the same week or later. My teacher was Claudia Ceja and she was a fantastic Spanish teacher and very supportive. I would highly recommend this school.

  I am currently taking group lessons with Spanish Tutor DC. ... The professor recognizes each person's varying abilities and learning pace, and plans the lessons accordingly. And so long as you continue through the levels continuously, you get to stick with the same professor and classmates! I wasn't sure when I started that I would continue with Spanish Tutor DC to reach fluency, but have been convinced over the first course that this is the way forward for me. If you're interested in learning Spanish, I'd highly recommend considering Spanish Tutor DC!

  I have been taking private Spanish lessons with Spanish Tutor DC for several years. I have had instructors from all over the world. My Spanish has improved tremendously. I have progressed from an absolute beginner to being able to read Spanish literature and have real conversations. All of the instructors are skilled, friendly, and make my class the highlight of my week.
