  I started with a used hot tub a friend had gave me. Even though I hadn't purchased the hot tub from Spa Crafters they still have me all the advise I needed to keep mine going. They even helped when I had parts to be replaced. I went back often for the great customer service and professional advice. When I decided to upgraded I only had one place in mind, Spa Crafters. I've had my new Jacuzzi for almost a year and am very happy, not only with the product but the continued support from the staff to keep my investment safe and relaxing!!! Thanks guys!!

  Very knowledgeable and very helpful staff, both in-store and on the phone. Showroom has a lot of different spa's on display which is helpful for comparing sizes and makes. We were completing a backyard remodel and requested that spacrafters hold our tub until the work was done, which they did. We had a couple of challenges with our install, and the scheduling was messed up twice, but all got resolved and the install went without issue. We had a minor pump issue on day 1, called the store and they sent out a tech, same day. The tech was very nice, professional and got the pump part replaced. Overall, a great experience with this vendor. I highly recommend Spa Crafters!

  These folks are outstanding. They gave us credit for a spa we have had since 1982! They set it up and fully explained everything. The discounts that this company gave up was amazing. I highly recommend them to anyone. We talked with Robert Bossley and Shawn McKinney. Military Discount! We love our Spa! Thank you!

  I got my Jacuzzi hot tub at Spa Crafters and what a GREAT experience!!!! The staff was friendly and very helpful, not to mention super knowledgeable. I worked with Saleslady Gay who was awesome!!!! I highly and really recommend Spa Crafters to anyone in need a an awesome Jacuzzi Hot Tub. I LOVE MY JACUZZI HOT TUB.

  I bought a jacuzzi hot tub from Roy. He is very knowledgable and so friendly. Even after two years I still receive excellent service. I wouldn't shop anywhere else. Roy is the best!!!
  The showroom is amazing. So much fun to look around.
