Looking for a pump for a 12 year old spa, found that Spa Centre had a used one. Called spoke with them they told me they would test the pump confirm it was in working order and get back to me. They did and I ordered the pump from them.

This was a leap in faith as I am in California and it's not like you can go back to the store if there is a problem, well there was no problem and that speaks to the integrity of Spa Centre and I have no problem recommending them to anybody who is looking for parts and service. -

There is no other place in Denver I would call for hot tub service. These guys are fair, prompt, and thorough. They always provide lower-cost used/refurbished options, which usually work better than new. We have used them for everything from pump repair/replacements to annual cleanings to getting an inexpensive step into the tub. Spa Centre is a great bargain in an industry that is fraught with dishonesty, poor service, and massive over-charging.

Mark was very helpful and I am very pleased with my experience with Spa Centre.

... Mark delivered with a smile! I called him a few days after installation worried that my tub was "running all the time", turns out this was just the cleaning cycle, but Mark took the time to call someone from the brand and make sure that this was all it was. And he gave me instructions for how to make it clean less often.
Happy to give 5 stars to Spa Centre.
