Not only was the repair done perfectly, the cost was far less than I imagined it would be, the color match was exact, and he finished the job in a very timely fashion. Couldn't be happier. Movers dropped and I thought completely destroyed my 60+ year old mid-century coffee table. A friend suggested Mauricio at South Bay Furniture Stripping, saying he worked magic on an antique chair of hers. I believe in magic now. Not only was the repair done well, the color match and refinishing are perfect. It cost considerably less than I thought it would, and he finished before the date on my estimate. I'm going back with 2 side tables soon. He's that good!

Mauricio is a pleasure to work with! I live 600 miles away from PV, did all the arrangements, got his bid for the work, sent him color examples, arranged for him to drop the finished tables off at the house down there, all through email! Crazy, right? My father had recently passed away and I wanted to refinish the three living room tables my parents had purchased back in 1963, and restore them back to their original beauty. And he did such an amazing job, and completed the refinishing and delivered them two days before our agreed-upon date! So refreshing to find an honorable business man. I HIGHLY recommend.

We had a round dining table and large desk refinished to remove water stains. Call back was prompt, appointment scheduling was easy and flexible and customer service was outstanding -- friendly, conscientious, thorough. The work was exceptional, both the table and desk look rich and warm and have a beautiful finish with deep color, while maintaining a rustic feel. Plus, the turnaround time was quick and as promised. Their work was a good value for the quality of product they returned. We will use them again and I would highly recommend their refinishing.

Mauricio has been in this business his whole life and has a day or two turnaround on most projects. One thing he can do that others mess up is replacing worn out wicker on chairs or benches. Try him out he's hard to find because his door is on the parking lot side next to Boss Sports Nutrition.
