Suzanne conducted an excellent and thorough inspection. The information she provided enabled us to make an informed decision.
We highly recommend the services and will hire Suzanne in the future.
    Thank you.

I wish I could give Suzanne and Sound Advice Home Inspection 10 stars! I've had 3 other home inspections (single family and condo) and Suzanne provided the BEST INSPECTION I've ever had. She is incredibly knowledgeable about home home structures and systems and was most valuable during a home inspection of a recently flipped home, which had major drainage/moisture issues. Had we not had Suzanne as our inspector, we likely would have purchased the home blindly and regretted it as soon as the first rain hit. I can't emphasize this enough.

... And an added bonus is that you can book an inspection online, which makes it even more convenient to book an inspection. Thank you Suzanne!

Suzanne was not only delightful, but she was thorough and knowledgeable. She has a background in civil engineering, so when I asked her opinion on whether or not a wall was load bearing she did not hesitate to tell us that it was not. After the inspection she took her time to speak with my buyers about her findings and home maintenance in general (first time home buyers). She was great at providing solutions to the problems she saw without terrifying them that their new purchase was in imminent danger. In addition, she does sewer scopes!

I plan on using Suzanne again.

So the first house we had inspected by Suzanne ended up falling through (sellers wouldn't negotiate on price even though the inspection revealed it was in very bad shape) so when we finally found another house, I had Suzanne out to do the inspection again.

... I was just as pleased with Suzanne the second time around and would not hesitate to recommend her. I will hopefully not be buying another house for a long long time but if I do I know what inspector I'll use!

Suzanne was absolutely fantastic. I've owned four homes before, so I've seen a good number of inspections both as the buyer and the seller. Suzanne is head and shoulders above anything I've seen before. Her work is thorough and detailed. She leaves no stone unturned and then provides feedback in an equally detailed and professional manner.

... She has an amazing understanding of not only the items that should be inspected, but the real world impact of any deficiencies, how to deal with them and if they're even worth dealing with.
