SG is made up of five talented individuals with a wealth of performing experience in a variety of acts, genres and performances throughout Texas. The band takes great care to produce a high quality musical performance, while maintaining an exciting, energetic and engaging stage presence! Soul Grammar has three excellent singers in Jason, James and Andrea, each capable of delivering a stellar lead vocal performance. The range of these three singers allows for a large and varied repertoire for the band. These extraordinary musicians sing songs by Prince, Michael Jackson, Otis Redding, Bruno Mars, DNCE, The Bee Gees, Gwen Stefani, Adele and Lady Gaga, just to name a few of the artists they cover so well. Jimmy and Alex, also accomplished vocalists, sing backing vocals for SG, resulting in a band that can sing 5 part harmony when appropriate. Soul Grammar was a pleasure to work with through my wedding reception planning. They were great communicating with me, always with a positive attitude and helpful feedback. They were gracious enough to learn three songs for our special first dances. All the songs were just beautiful and gave us the perfect, magical night we were hoping for. Through the night, they played awesome music and had the whole party on the dance floor. Truly a delight to work, correspond, and dance with this group. I would highly recommend to any who are looking for a great time with a professional, talented band.

We had a large wedding at Hidden Falls located in Spring Branch,Texas - just outside of San Antonio. Soul Grammar was by far the best wedding band I have ever seen perform and I have been to countless weddings all over the United States. Alex was very professional throughout the entire process. He responded to us immediately with an answer to any question we had regarding the music for our wedding. They made sure to arrive hours in advance to allow a proper setup. All of our guests commented on the high quality of sound and variety Soul Grammar was able to play for our wedding. I would HIGHLY reccommend their services. I don't even know where to begin with this super talented group! They were the highlight of the whole wedding reception. Everyone raved about Soul Grammar and many people told us it was the most fun they had had in 20 years! They were so easy to work with and I wish we could go back and do it all over again so we could keep dancing with all our family and friends! The dance floor was packed thanks to their strong energy throughout the night. Couldn't have asked for a better band to celebrate with! Those bands that cost 10k can't hold a candle to these guys; those bands have consistently bored me at many weddings. Soul grammar is the complete opposite. They. Are. FUN
