Mark and all the coaches have helped me become stronger (mentally and physically) than I ever could have imagined, and everyday I look forward to going to the gym! Solar crossfit has been the best fitness decision for me. The coaches give each member the time and attention they need along with amazing motivation. The workouts are amazing and i can feel changes already. The new facility is awesome. Large and spacious. The best part is the community of people that support and motivate each other. Highly recommended. I see myself here long term. No dropping this new years resolution.

Every person I have encountered has been great, from the owner Mark Linsky, to the coaches Nick, Mitch and Shiela, and every person who works out there. Mark mixes it up daily and the staff seems to genuinely care about everyone who works out there. I also enjoy how diverse it is in terms of the ages, athletic ability and skill level of everyone who works out there. I highly recommend Solar Crossfit!!!
