Snapdragon's first location was a charming, three chair studio located on Indian School and 38th street in Phoenix, Arizona. In 2009, we had the most fortunate opportunity to move into this wonderful space we now call home, in the heart of Uptown Phoenix.
Each year, we continue to grow and evolve. We have grown our small, intimate family into a healthy group of sixteen talented individuals. Our history Each stylist at Snapdragon completes our apprenticeship program as a Junior Stylist. From here, Juniors become Mid level Stylists. As the natural progression goes, Mid level Stylists grow to become Master Stylists. All stylists are the best of their class, the cream of the crop, and we are proud to have them call Snapdragon home. Read more

As a social influencer and on camera talent I must look top-notch every time I am in front of the lens . Is it busy entrepreneur I know that I need last-minute appointments and overall excellent customer service . Well I have my favorites at snapdragon (ask me) I also know if they are unavailable that everyone there is a five star artist. The vibe is more San Diego than Phoenix and I absolutely love the central Phoenix hair salon .

My go to place for an awesome haircut! I have worked with many different people from this awesome place and have loved them all. I always get a quality fashionable cut, they never go shorter than you ask for, and always take the time to give you a cute style when you're finished. Definitely would recommend coming here!

When I called to make an appointment, they asked me my hair type which is somewhat curly and wavy depending on the day so they made my appointment with a stylist that cuts curly hair. Matching a stylist with your hair type was a first for me and I really liked the concept.

Red was my stylist and she was really friendly and cool. I put henna in my hair and usually stylist don't know a lot about how it works with other dyes and usually scare you a little about it. My last stylist had pulled up an article on how to strip henna out of my hair using oil treatments. Red is pretty knowledgeable about henna so I liked that. She's passionate about cutting curly hair so that's a plus. ... -

I've been to Snapdragon numerous times, and always have Lizzie do my hair. She's great because she listens and is genuinely knowledgable about the products they use and how they'll fade over time. I've gotten everything done here--highlights, trims, layers. I used to have really long hair, almost to my belly button, and over a few haircuts eventually wound up with a long bob, and I loved it every time. Lizzie is fantastic at what she does and I always feel confident when I'm in her chair that I'll come out looking super fresh. Everyone else here is also incredibly welcoming. I couldn't recommend Snapdragon enough!

I have been going to Snapdragon for few years. It is always a pleasant experience. My stylist is Lori Woolf. She is on the cutting edge of style and color. When I go there it is clean and very professional with a personal touch. I always leave feeling and looking fantastic. Thank you to the Snapdragon team and to the owners for making this salon the perfect place for me and everyone who goes there.
