I was using a receptionist service that came with my executive suite for about three years. I've been looking for a good call answering service for years. I was tempted by Ruby Receptionists (a few times), but the costs were astronomical. So I back-burned this project. Then I discovered Smith about 4 months ago. The price was right, but what really hooked me is their technology. I love the instant email summaries (within minutes of getting a call), and then the nicely formatted daily summaries at the end of the day. It's a nice combination of human + tech. It's all very slick and I'd highly recommend this service for any small business!

My experience thus far has been that Smith AI has offered superior service to that of Ruby at less cost. I was very leery of changing services. After all, Ruby is viewed as the best. Well, I really must say that I couldn't be more pleased. The call summaries are coherent and offer just the right amount of detail. The names of callers are more often spelled correctly than before. The screening and filtering of junk calls seems better. They have gone out of their way to get to know my office and handle calls accordingly. The receptionists sound very professional. Just wow - seems to good to be true! And FYI no one asked me to review or post anything. I'm that impressed.
Smith.ai for sure. I've used their services since 2015 and don't know how I could live without them now. A live person answers each call with the greeting I select, hands the call over to me with an introduction, and prepares a summary of each call sent by email. (I chose email over SMS.) I have an IP boutique practice, so my new leads call with pretty much patent, trademark, or copyright needs. Anymore, the Smith receptionists are better at classifying some lead's IP needs than the lead themselves. Smith.ai also screens out solicitors or anyone else I don't want to take calls from. It's all so customized that it feels as if I have a dedicated receptionist. The prices are super affordable, too. Highly recommended!

Smith.ai has been great! They regularly field more than 60 calls a month for me and are an invaluable resource for my company. The virtual receptionists answer many of my callers answers saving me lots of time. They have really taken the time to learn my business so they can provide great help to my callers without any input or direction from me.
