  My husband and I had been shopping for homes for almost a year. It was not until Summer 2016 was when we really got serious into looking at properties. We had put in an offer for a house. Our realtors recommended Chris from Smart Home Inspection. My husband dealt with the scheduling and meetings for the home inspection, and Chris was very prompt, detail oriented and very thorough. You can tell that Chris is very experienced based on his inspections and the way he describes the various features of the house.

  I have used Chris for years! He is on time and tries accommodate his schedule to meet the needs of the clients. He is very thorough and explains the inspection step by step, for buyers this is an absolute help! My buyers and sellers have great things to say about him and have recommended him to family and friends.
  I would encourage anyone needing his services to use him, he is professional and prompt in getting the reports to you.

  Recently bought a house in San Carlos, and Smart Home inspections saved me a lot of money. He provided a very thorough inspection, 50 plus pages, with a separate summary of things that needed to be fixed. Since my home is over 50 yrs old and built on a slab, the inspector strongly suggested that I get the sewer piper examined. ... I really appreciate this inspector's insight and knowledge, ask for Chris, I feel very confident that my home has no surprises.

  This is a review for Chris who is the owner of Smart Home Inspection. He is dedicated to his work and is able to give each person he works with professional service. He is devoted to his work and is able to provide terrific customer service, he is consistent and provides a great level of care for each person. You can count on him as he will go out of his way to keep both the big picture in mind and pay attention to the details.

  Absolutely the best Home Inspectors I have dealt with. Very thorough and report very easy to read. Inspector will go through all client's questions and show them anything of concern or anything they want special attention paid to. Highly recommend them. Amazing amount of knowledge inspector has.
