  Saki is amazing. I was having trouble with my AC and he came out quickly, assessed the problems and fixed it for a very reasonable price. I just moved in and was having trouble setting my unit; he came back to review with me again. Will absolutely continue to use his services in the fall for heating check and in the spring for AC check. Clean, courteous, excellent service, good prices, no bullshit! Thank you Saki!!!

  Arranged an appointment with Saki in less than 24 hours to deal with a sudden AC outage during a heat wave. He arrived early for the appointment, explained everything that he did and took did it all in a professional and efficient manner. Would highly recommend.

  Can't say enough good things about the GREAT service I received. Told me straight out what the problem was with no "smoke n mirrors" and fixed right on the spot. House was cool within 15 minutes of fix. Thank you for your honest work!!

  My central air unit was not pumping out cold air, so I went through a check list of what I thought it could have been. I realized it went beyond my knowledge of the system and called SK based on the number of positive reviews on google. I could not be happier with the response and work performed. On time and reasonably priced for a job well done.

  Straight forward about his work, honest to his customers. Other company simply tried to scare me about an old AC system and sell a new AC&Furnace. Saki told me what's wrong and corrected problem for less than 1/3 of the quoted price by the other company. I will be a repeat customer if the need arises.
