I am new to yoga and was invited by my sister to accompany her to visit the Ashram. From the moment we arrived we were greeted by two friendly staff members. The room we reserved was comfortable and everyone was so friendly. Food is healthy and very tasty. I treasure this experience and have learned about the yogi life. I plan to visit again next September.

I came to stay at the Ashram for 3 months and I am still here for soon to be a total of 4 months and a half and If I could extend my stay I would do it without hesitation.

One week and a half before coming to the Ashram as a Karma Yogi, I had never heard of it. I honestly did not know what an Ashram was. ...

I go every year to reaffirm my commitment to the yogic lifestyle, learn more about the practice, and meet fellow practitioners from around the world. The speakers and workshops are highly valuable to deepening your knowledge, as is the ashram schedule. It is a spiritual place first and foremost and that comes through in every aspect. The beach is stunning--clean, private, perfect Caribbean hues, and excellent swimming. This ashram is one of my favourite places in the world. ❤️

Quiet and peaceful atmosphere for relaxation and yoga . . . Probably would be helpful if you were knowledgeable in the teachings of the ashram but it wouldn't necessarily impede your enjoyment of the great vegetarian food.
