If I could give Phillip 10 stars I would. My boyfriend and I can't say enough about the great customer service we have received from Phillip. We have had a nightmare of an issue getting our brand new hot tub to work and Phillip, not only came to do the chemicals set up but assisted with talking to the manufacturer, helped us diagnose the problem assisted in getting the right parts, came and checked on us and did a couple of extra trips just to help us get our hot tub going. Needless to say, he has earned our business and will refer him to everyone.
