I have always had a knack for putting events together and doing it with creativity, class, and quality. After years of planning events for family and friends (Including planning my own wedding with 400 guests), I thought that becoming a professional event planner would be a great idea. But it took a wonderful life-changing experience to finally make it happen. Giving birth to my first child, Haven Audrey, I realized the importance of being an example to her to pursue your dreams and do what really makes you happy.

With a background in filmmaking, I know the great impact a well-executed plan can have. I use my "directing" expertise to gather the details, assemble a crew, and design the production. It makes me smile to see my clients sit back, relax, and enjoy the show! Read more

    Jessica from Shine Events served as day-of coordinator for my wedding a few months back and hoooo man, she did a fabulous job. She did so much more than day-of coordination, helping me come up with solutions to problems that popped up earlier in the planning stages, checking in to make sure I had all my letters appropriately crossed and dotted.

    ... If you're on the fence, come down off of it, save yourself the trouble, and make the move that'll add so much to your big day.

    My experience working with Shine Event Productions was really wonderful! Jessica was very attentive to all my needs and took care of every detail and so that I could just relax and enjoy my big day! Everything looked classic, elegant and beautiful and all within budget. She really went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with everything. I am so grateful to her for making my dream wedding a reality!

    We hired Jessica with Shine Event Productions to be our Month-of-Coordinator for our wedding at the Brazil Room in Berkeley two years ago. I didn't realize that when we found Jessica that we found a Fairy God Mother, Super Woman, and the BEST Wedding Coordinator in the entire Bay Area! ...     Both my husband and I are so grateful to have found Jessica to be our day-of coordinator for our November wedding. ...     This review is long, long overdue. Jessica truly made our August 2015 wedding at the Presidio Log Cabin an event to remember, and she set my mind at ease from the very first phone call we had about the planning process six months prior. ... That's exactly the characteristic you want in a day of coordinator! She also has a terrific positive attitude and is equal parts friendly and professional. Hiring Jessica was hands down one of the best decisions we made when planning our wedding, and I can't recommend her highly enough.
