    Sheryl is the best! Before I met her, I was unhappy with myself and felt guilty all the time after I ate. I felt like there was no hope for me to change my habits. Today, I am the weight I hoped to be. I am in control and am able to maintain my weight successfully. I am not hungry because of her tips and recipes. Her encouragement makes me feel like all is possible. I am forever grateful to her for getting me on the right path and keeping me there.

    After finishing college and gaining much more than the "freshman 15", I was referred to Sheryl by a friend. Sheryl was so great about taking the time to actually listen to me and helping me understand how to filter through all of the bad diet information out there. With Sheryl, I learned how to eat correctly and lost over 40 pounds within month! What I love about Sheryl's plan is that she uses all real food and gives very easy alternatives for cooking and on-the-go for people like me who are so busy.     Sheryl is the best! She is thorough and tailors a plan specifically for each client. She helped me accomplish my weight loss goals and maintain my weight.     After my father landed himself in the hospital with heart problems, I sent him to Sheryl, with the knowledge that she had an uphill battle in front of her. She was faced with an 80+ year old man who had a lifetime of bad eating habits under his size XL belt.

    ... Sheryl is amazing, and since my father's experience with her, I have discovered many other friends who have had huge success with her program. She provides accountability and encouragement and a little bit of tough love. I am grateful to her for my father's health!
