The carpet in my kids' bonus space was in desperate need of cleaning. The stains were enough to make me consider replacing the carpet altogether. I called Shepard's. They were polite. They came at the time they quoted. The serviceman was super nice and helped move furniture out of the way. When completed, the carpet looked amazing! Can't believe how much better the carpet looked and the price was super reasonable. I would definitely use them again.
