Just took my dog and cat for their annual checkup. Having moved to L.A. several months ago, I picked this place based on the reviews, and they were right. This place is great. The staff is really nice and was gentle with my fur kids The vet took his time and really listened and answered all my questions, got a thorough history on them and made good recommendations. And the cost was so reasonable! I found my new veterinarian! Phew! I'm pickier about who takes care of my pets than who takes care of me, so huge relief to get it right on the first try.

I had such a great vet visit with these guys recently that I've decided to make them my regular vets (fairly new to LA). They treated my dogs skin and ear infection issues without trying to upsell me on a ton of unnecessary labs or tests, which is always a red flag for me. And when they didn't have the right dosage of flea meds I needed for her, they gave me a free dose of a different type for free, just for the inconvenience. Very nice, caring staff.

Outstanding!! We are preparing to move overseas and needed help and guidance with the requirements for preparing our cats for international travel. The staff at Shatto Veterinary Center scheduled an appointment promptly, helped us research and understand all the requirements, administered all the required vaccinations and microchip and prepared out Pet Passports and Vaccinations on site the day of our visit! Incredible!!

Great caring staff, and Dr. Sung was very thorough and informative about my dog's exam. Importantly, there is a grass lawn in front of the office, that my dog greatly appreciated!

After 6 visits in 3 weeks, many thanks to Dr. Sung and team for taking care of little Mochi and helping to fix all his puppy health issues. Austin is awesome! Baby Mochi is now 2.5 lbs at 12 weeks!
