  I can't believe I found Eliza in a pool of bridal stores and alteration specialists.
  
  I had purchased a budget friendly wedding dress. It's a designer a-line gown, but was labeled as a bridesmaid dress, and more affordable, so I was not about to pay $400-500 for alterations. However, with that being said, alterations are REALLY important so I wanted to find someone with experience who had fair pricing.
  
  Eliza was very professional and warm. She makes you feel very comfortable and really cares about doing a great job for clients. Her studio is in an apartment and that probably helps her to keep the cost down for her services.
  
  My dress was two layers of fabric and so it was a tad more difficult to take in. It did not need to be shortened. She offered advice regarding undergarments. She did an outstanding job. I'm posting some photos of the dress. The dress speaks for itself.
  
  Side note: She also altered my husband's suit and he looked great.

  Eliza can do no wrong..Custom Design T-Shirts, Custom Embroidery, Custom Clothing/Alterations and Home Designs.. she does it all!!!!

  Eliza is great and she cares that your happy with your clothing. She sets aside time for you and is my go to tailor for most of my clothes. She comes highly recommended.

  The owner is very helpful through the entire process. She takes detailed measurements of you at her home (where her business is at the moment) prior to alterations. I had my pregnancy pants and graduation dresses altered there on 2 separate occasions. Very happy with the result and customer service.

  I had two special dresses that were in need of alterations beyond what I'd trust to my local cleaners. I found Sew What and Wear through positive Yelp reviews, and decided to reach out to Eliza for a consultation - I'm so glad I did! Eliza was prompt with her communication, and flexible in scheduling a time to meet. As a home sewer with modest skills (and the granddaughter of a retired seamstress/dressmaker), I could tell right away that Eliza was the perfect tailor to trust with my investment pieces. She did a fantastic job altering my dresses, and I look forward to working with her on future alterations. I honestly believe the key to dressing well is having a good tailor, and now I've found my go-to! Her prices were very reasonable, and she worked within the timeframe I gave her without batting an eyelash. Thanks so much, Eliza!
