  I don't take the time to write reviews even when I should. I am this time because Kirk at Service Now inc. has gone above and beyond w/ his customer service. They came the same day I called when I had a problem years later and covered it in their warrantee... even when the problem was me not understanding how the filter fits back in! They did a great install years ago, showing up on time and we have saved money not only w/ their great prices but from the solid furnace they installed...and we have had zero problems for years. I am giving them my highest rating because they earned it.

  ... The workers finished the job efficiently and quickly. They kept the job site clean, and even though we hadn't yet moved in, they treated the house as if it were their own. Kelly, the crew leader, had the foresight to modify plans to make the new ductwork less obstructive and to install registers in places that would give us more flexibility with room layouts. When the work was complete, he explained things clearly and had prepared all the tax rebate paperwork so things would go smoothly for us.

  We called Service Now & approx 5 other furnace companies to give us an estimate to install a new Carrier Infinity 98 Furnace. We knew this was going to be an expensive furnace but had done thorough research and knew it would be well worth the money. After getting all the estimates back Service Now came in at under $1000 less than the next lowest company. They were knowledgeable about the furnace we wanted and were extremely professional. We hired them and they not only installed it on time but have now been the "go to" company we call for our home as well as 2 others that we own. They have always been fair with pricing and quick to respond. They have our business now, just wished we would've used them the last 20 years!
