Dr. Serrano has been my OB since 2012. He's taken wonderful care of me and I'm so grateful I found him! He has a wonderful bedside manner and has always taken his time to explain things to me and reassure me of what needs to happen. I've recommended him to friends and family and they all love him!

Dr. Serrano is very nice and attentive to you as a patient. The office staff is always very polite and prompt, I don't think I have ever had to wait on hold when I call. Wait times in the office are usually less than 30 minutes which for a doctors office is pretty decent. The office always appears clean and if you need something or have questions, the nurses are always patient and very helpful!

I just found this page for dr.serrano I just want to say dr.serrano is the best obgyn on this side of the Mississippi he delivered my baby 12 years ago when he was practicing in port arthur even though I gave dr. Serrano the blues because I did not want a c-section..he still was patient with me and did my c-section anyway❤❤❤❤

I'll start by saying, I left another practice in the area due to not feeling like I was being listened to. I was pregnant with twins via IVF and the doctor I was seeing did not seem to care about the questions or concerns I raised, simply wanted me in and out of the office. ...
From the moment I walked into Dr. Serrano's office I was treated like a patient, not a number. My girls are almost a month old and with a short cervix I made it to 38 weeks thanks to him taking the necessary precautions. If I was not relocating there is no way I would ever see another OBGYN.
