  Serrano heating and air are #1 in the industry! We are very impressed! They gave us a fair price they over delivered their customer service. If you need heating or air conditioning I would highly recommend this company they are very organized and they clean up. This is the only company you need to call in the Sacramento Valley

  The owner and his contractor came to my house to complete an entire heating and air replacement. Their attention to safety was impecable. The unit they were replacing was 40 years old, and to be safe they went above and beyond, installing new lines, new breakers and even noticed the totally unrelated latch on my gate was loose, fixed that too (just because)! In addition to the great workmanship, their customer service was amazing. Excellent, hard working, honest, friendly and professional. Thank you Serrano Heating and Air. I will definitely be referring this local business to friends.

  We had Serrano's install and work on our home and our office units and they did the BEST job. They were fast to respond and left the job site cleaner than when they arrived :) The best part is knowing that they installed excellent equipment at a reasonable price (I did a lot of shopping around). I would recommend Serrano's for any new installation or for repairs. They are honest and hard-working. I can't say enough good things about this company! I wish I could give them "5 stars PLUS"!

  The contractor knows when it is time for my service and calls me to schedule.The company has very caring and loving employees. I thank them for keeping me cool in the summer and warm in the winter.
