I had such a fabulous experience at Serendipity Bride. I was visiting from San Francisco to see my sister in Austin for a week and decided to visit a few bridal stores while I was there. I emailed Serendipity and they suggested that I come in on the weekend because they had a trunk show that sounded like my style. SO LUCKY! Alison at Serendipity Bridal was absolutely fabulous. She was so helpful and considerate as to what I really had in mind. I found a dress that I loved but had "something" missing about it. She found me the most perfect overlay that in the end completely stole the show! It was a HIT! Thank you for being so attentive, kind, professional, and sweet. Will always recommend Serendipity.

I was looking for a bridal gown by Sally Eagle, a designer based in New Zealand, which thankfully led me to Serendipity Bridal in Austin. I drove down from Dallas to try on a gown and was thrilled with the gown, beautiful accessories and stellar service at Serendipity. Bridgette Gardner went above and beyond to make my experience of buying a wedding gown a real pleasure, which befits this very special occasion. I highly recommend Serendipity and Bridgette in particular!!

I went to Serendipity Bridal during their sample sale and had a great experience! We were early for our appt. and we were able to start right away. Katye was my bridal consultant and she was so great and helpful. ... They also had a really large selection of sample sale dresses. I ended up buying a gorgeous wedding dress for about 80% off the original price. Overall, I was very pleased with the whole experience and can't wait to wear my dress on my wedding day!

This was our third stop when shopping with my best friend for her wedding dress, and third time was a charm! Fantastic selection of dresses, much more unique options and higher quality dresses than the other stores we had visited.

The setup was great for friends and family to join and the staff was wonderful! They even concluded with a complimentary champagne toast when we found the dress. If you're looking for a dress in Austin don't miss this bridal shop!
