  Would recommend this shop to anyone in need of ultra-fast, expertly phone repair. A small ding on my Nexus 6P was wreaking serious havoc and had basically rendered my phone unusable (endless power-cycling, randomly entering bootloader, etc.) I needed a quick fix, so I took it here without scheduling an appointment first. The owner fixed the issue in minutes and didn't even charge me for his trouble! I'd also note that the shop itself is super cozy, and had my repair taken longer, I wouldn't have minded waiting. Thanks a bunch!

  I took my iPhone 6s to be repaired here after significantly cracking the screen and I could not be more pleased with the result. Matt clearly takes great pride in his work and has a passion for phone repair. My phone looks brand new and after about a week I haven't had a single problem. I talked with Matt a bit as he was doing the repair and he told me about the process he uses and how he chooses quality components over cheaper and easier methods. I will definitely go to Matt and Seattle Device Repair for all future repairs.

  Excellent. I had a simple out of warranty iPhone 6 battery replacement. Cost was $40 + tax (vs. $79+ at Apple). Booked time on website, arrived 5 minutes early at their easy to find store (tip: during the weekday, there's a lot of available metered parking there). Walked in, service started immediately, nice sitting area if you need to hang out. But before I could even read through 2 ads of a vintage 1967 Life Magazine, my repair was done! Walked out a happy customer. Would repeat.

  My phone was cracked big time. I tried to fix the screen myself and almost succeeded! However I screwed it up… Matt Perser took my phone and fixed it within 10 minutes and charge me for the single part that I didn't have.
  This is my new official repair guy! Judging by my track record with phones and tablets I'm going to need him! Thank you Matt you save my butt

  Do not give your business to anyone else! If you have a phone or tablet with a broken ANYTHING, talk to these guys first. The owner/operator not only replaced my screen, but he saved me over $100 off the regular price.
  I had an old Iphone 6 that could no longer be used as a phone, they swapped the screen from this one to my current one with the broken screen saving me $109.00! No joke. Also, it took 10 minutes to swap screen assemblies between phones!
