  If you value your freedom and reputation, Mr. Scott is the only Attorney you should walk into a courtroom with. The rapport he has established, as well as maintains within the office of the District Attorney, is nothing short of magical. Mr. Scott has an amazing ability to gain the respect, and ear of the prosecution, in order to litigate the most acceptable outcome possible.
  
  There was no time in which I left a hearing or appearance confused or unsure of what happened, or what was going to happen next. Mr. Scott is beyond professional, including his communication. He is prompt in his replies, and if at anytime he is unavailable, one of his staff will be familiar enough with your case to give you an answer.
  
  Amidst an unfortunate situation, Mr. Scott will make you feel like you and your family will get through it, together.

  A great lawyer is hard to find. I was fortunate to retain the services of Mr Scott for a case that I was involved in. I Never knew what a competent lawyer was till I seen one in action. Not just the fact that my case was resolved in my favor-beyond my expectations. It's was the amount of profesinalism and compassion mixed with surgical like expertise of knowledge that made a life long impression on me. He not only spent time working on my case, he made it his personal mission to make sure I understood every factor of the case and what strategy he would use to attack every divergent mis-conjecture that pertaned to me. So, if your looking for a great lawyer my endorsment doesn't begin to emphasize how great of a lawyer you will be getting.

  Mr. Scott was simply the best. My family was looking at a potential life changing event and Tim acted as if he were a part of our family during the entire process. The care he took to really listen to our story, to get to know us as human beings and incorporate that information into his defense made all the difference. His understanding of the law is unquestionable. Many good attorneys know the law inside and out. What sets Tim apart is his ability to present his defendant to the prosecution and Judge as a real person with a real life and then use his knowledge of the law to achieve the best possible outcome. In our case our family is in tact, the situation is behind us and we literally say thanks every day for the representation Mr. Scott provided us. Thank you Tim!!

  Mr. Scott was hired by my family to represent me in personal injury case. I was unconscious and severely injured from a car accident caused by a driver of a private medical transport vehicle company. Mr. Scott made their insurance company pay full policy limits- a seven-figure recovery.
