I've been a long time loyal, but irregular customer of Scanwest for my Saab 9000 for nearly 20 years. I have a family fleet and do 98% of the maintenance myself including rebuilding engines. Every now and again I need Scanwest's help, perhaps for some obscure tool or things conspire against me when I am out of town. I know I can trust Scanwest to use their brains and knowledge of the cars to suggest and do the right thing. They have tons of used parts and are good guys as well. They are the go to guys in the PNW for Saab enthusiasts!

I don't always leave feedback but this place is deserving. Lynn diagnosed a problem I've been trying to get fixed for months, but multiple shops said nothing was wrong.

They are fair priced, and good customer service. If you have a Saab, take care of it by taking it here.

Scanwest is a highly recommended auto shop. I brought my Saab in here and felt really confident that they were doing a good job and not trying to screw me. ... They sent me company party invites and holiday cards, what a sweet caring company. I was even able to call them and talk to a mechanic when my car broke down and I had to go to a different mechanic. They didn't charge me for the call and made me feel confident in the other mechanic's price and troubleshooting. This is my go to auto shop now with my Saab, and I won't think about going anywhere else if I have a choice in the matter.
