  Tomo is very responsive in setting up the appointment. He does great haircut and is very nice. He charges reasonable too.

  Five stars for christine jan, a grandma, who loves being a stylist until last day of her life. I first walked in to sassy to get my son a hair cut. It was good. Then, i booked an appointment for myself. I was expecting some ordinary work. She exceeded my expectation.

  Ly Tran is the best! Extremely caring and detail oriented. I drive all the way from SF to see her.

  i had been going to Shu-Mei since 2004, and she always took care of my hair! going to her over those yrs grew into seeing a friend, catching up, hearing her philosophies on life and art. she is such a talented person, all around! ... consistent results. it has now been 2 yrs since i last visited, and fortunately i've found someone local, who i can be just as trusting w my hair. i miss this place, though, and suddenly thought of Shu-Mei. thank you, Shu-Mei, for all the years of taking care of my hair!!

  ... The process does take a while, but that was expected. It was about three hours, but time flew by and Ly was an amazing person to be with. She explained every step she went through and we were also about to talk about our lives. It most definitely felt as though she was my friend, not my hair stylist. Which I believe is the best part about the experience.
  
  In the end, my hair turned out amazing! And I love it so much more than I ever expected. I know I will be coming back just for Ly.
