  Eric did a fantastic job cleaning my carpets. He explained in detail the options for treating the stains and recommended a lower cost option, based on my needs and situation. He completely removed stains that I feared would be there forever. My carpets look new.
  
  I also appreciated Eric's excellent communication and professionalism.

  I thought I was going to need to buy new carpets--until Eric came to my home. I had the trifecta of tough stains: old chocolate milk, old orange Mio, and old cat urine. When I called and spoke with Eric, he said he would do his best to get them out. Do his best is an understatement. He spent close to 5 hours at my home cleaning 2 bedrooms, a sitting area, 2 sets of carpeted stairs, and an enormous finished lower level. All WHITE carpets. Eric is a hard worker, very passionate and knowledgeable about the business. He approached each stain with an analysis that rivaled Crime Scene Investigators. I highly recommend Eric, the CSI of carpet cleaning!

  I just recently bought a condo and wanted to get the carpets in the bedroom cleaned prior to moving in and Eric made it happen!! He is professional, quick, flexible and affordable. Eric and Sanitize 4 Serenity come highly recommended and I look forward to Eric adding air duct cleaning to his list of services (*hint, hint*). I'm already trying to book my 6 month carpet cleaning in October as Eric and Sanitize 4 Serenity will be the ONLY company to pamper my carpets.

  Awesome! I wouldn't recommend anyone else. Very good at what he does and I tell anyone that I know that needs a carpet cleaner about Eric!! He will be the last standing in this business because hes good and honest guy :)
