The company is unprofessional and just wants to get your money. I was quoted a price over the phone that was way lower than what I paid. I told them I needed the locks rekeyed, he replaced the whole doorknob and deadbolt. I could've done that myself! The locksmith's appearance was disappointing (I shouldn't be able to tell you the color of your underwear...yellow), and he had no credentials. I will say they were very responsive, but the price and lack of professionalism are the reasons for a 1 star rating.

I lost my keys to a commercial building I had listed an hour away. As a real estate broker this was embarrassing especially since I had new tenants coming to the property. I scheduled an appointment for 4:00 PM and had to meet clients at 5:00 PM. Courtney R called me and let me know he was on his way an hour and a half before the appointment was set. We both were an hour away from the property. I called Courtney when I got to the city to let him know I was buying a few things and he answered on the first ring! He was there on time and was able to unlock the property for him within 10 minutes. Very nice, professional, courteous and attentive. He was in and out before my clients even showed up with time to spare. He truly saved the day and made me look competent. Thank you Courtney R! Keep up the good work.

Great company! Left my keys in the vehicle while I was at the store at 9pm and they sent someone out faster than what a tow would. Was helped by JC Howell and got it open within seconds! Great company and even better employees!
