  What a group. They called me to let me know they would Show up 30 minutes early and was it ok with me. Absolutely. Sam came personally and went through my a/c system. He determined he needed to come back and do some further work as he needed some parts. Gave me the bid and it seemed reasonable. 2 days later he was 20 minutes early. I thought with all the extra work that this project entailed, he would charge me some additional money. I was wrong. His final price was the price he had quoted me. You Better Call Sam

  ... So needless to say I called Sam's back over to start. They showed up on time . They did a great job installing the new ac and heater. They also installed a new digital thermostat.
  Last week it got to over 90 degrees in Santee and the ac kept our 2 story ice cold.
  Thank you so much Sam for the honest bid and quality work. I will definitely recommend you to all my neighbors.

  I had an AC system that kind of worked, although it was not the right size for my house, way too noisy, and was not efficient due to bad ducting. I could not watch TV or carry on a conversation with all the noise this produced. I had a good vibe about Sam right away, He was honest in telling me that I still had life left in my current system and I didn't NEED a new system. I want to enjoy my home, not struggle in it, so I still wanted it replaced. He was not the only bid, and he encouraged me to get others. His price was fair, his team showed up on time, finished early and left the place clean. I feel very comfortable recommending Sam's. His son works with him, and I love supporting small/family businesses, especially when they treat their customer base as well as they did with me.

  He was very knowledgeable and was able to figure out the problem in less than an hour which ultimately saved me a lot of money for the winter. He was strait and to the point no hidden fees. I highly recommend for anyone looking for anything to do with HVAC.
