  Nathan helped a lot during my inspection period for a townhome (Laredo St.) in Commerce City. Every little issue or even possible non issue was brought up just in case by him. This allowed me to get the issues fixed by the seller and home has been flawless since. After the inspection process was over, Nathan made himself available for any and all questions I had, even if they were slightly unrelated to the inspection. Nathan, thanks for all of your help and advice!

  Jeremy filled a 40 page report like i had my eyes closed. Would have never known all of the details of my home or the prevention measures without his knowledge. Especially impressed when he checked for correct heat output with his phones thermal imaging.
  Special thanks to his team for having a great employee.
  Also, i didn't see Cathy put in the radon tester, but we appreciate her too :)

  Nathan was awesome. He was on top of everything and what's more, he walked me through each item and broke things down in layman's terms so that I knew exactly what sort of corrections were needed. No stone was left unturned, which, in a home inspection is essential.
