  My son must have tried on 20 pair of trainers and 5 different of cross country spikes. The sales person described in detail every little nuisance of each shoe. We were so throughly satisfied. Been a loyal customer for 4 yrs now.

  I have shopped for running shoes else where and been disappointed many times. I really appreciate the level of service provided here. We tried on 6-7 pairs of shoes for 2 different people before making a final decision, the person waiting on us never showed impatience or frustration even though we completed our order just at closing time. The shoes are not the cheap department store shoes but last and are comfortable during their entire life of service. The right shoe makes all the difference and Runnin Gear works hard to ensure you have them. I would not go anywhere else.

  Fantastic customer service! The sales person was super knowledgable and extremely thorough, explaining all the technical benefits of one shoe over another. He looked at my husband's current shoe and was able to tell whether or not he was pronating and in what direction. Then based on what my husband needed the shoe for (a hiking trip on the colorado trail), he suggested two models which would fit the bill. Probably the best customer service I have ever experienced...anywhere! Highly, HIGHLY recommend this location. Not sure what days the sales person who waited on us works but we went on a Saturday morning when they first opened (around 10:15).

  I have purchased running shoes at a larger competitor to this store and have never been satisfied with the experience. I only bought at that other store because it was closer to my home and it had a big selection. That other store has a reputation for being "snooty" and it was. But I digress...
