Let me start by saying that I hate running! The shin splints and knee pain afterwards are no picnic. I decided to try running again to help shed some weight and shape my legs, which usually get neglected at the gym. I came by and was greeted warmly. I had a video gait analysis which confirmed why I was having problems. I tried on several pairs of shoes and found a pair I really liked. My salesperson was great and very patient. Now when I run, I don't seem to have the same problems. I still hate running, but at least now when I go to the gym and run, I don't end up cursing the experience. Thanks! - Dr. Shah

I went in to get running shoes. I had no idea what I needed. Nancy helped me out and was so knowledgeable. After watching me jog, she knew immediately what shoes would be good options. She didn't try to up-sell me and even recommended the shoes that were on sale.

The salespeople are very friendly especially Ashton and Doug. We didn't realize Doug was the chiropractor on site. Even though Doug wasn't a salesperson, he helped all of us at once. The salespeople are very knowledgable and answered all of my questions. Ashton was able to pick out several brands for me and I tested out each shoe by running on the treadmill and running outside on the sidewalk. I highly recommend this store if you are in the market for running shoes.

I had a great experience. Sales person was friendly and let me try on as many shoes as I wanted without any annoyance at my indecisiveness. They let me go for a test run on their treadmill with each pair too which is so helpful in getting a good feel for a shoe. They didn't once try to up sell or push any products I didn't need or want.
