We have vast experience with iPads and iPhones, and how to configure and utilize iCloud to sync your data seamlessly.
Our goal is always to teach you enough that you will be able to do it yourself next time. And if you do not want to learn how, we are here to do it for you. We have taken classes as well as had individual help. The classes are handled very well, especially in dealing with the various skill levels of the students. They are always informative and some I've repeated a couple of times simply because I pick up new things each time. We have had Jamie come to the house numerous times and he is always prompt, attentive, and knowledgeable. He has been able to solve any problems we have as well as answer any questions. He is a great resource.

I engaged Apple Consultanta to help me coordinate my IPad, IPhone and IMAC. Jamie innately seemed to understand all the needs I expressed. Not only did he satisfy the intent of the session but patiently walked me through all the aspects of the work to satisfy the goals. I'm extremely pleased with the outcome.
